Biographies

 

Tom Robinson

Tom Robinson is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 25 years experience in the supply of landscape design solutions in the UK, Europe and the Far East, gained in both the public and private sectors.


 

Neil Morbey

Neil gained a Graduate Diploma in 2007, after gaining a BA Hons in Town Planning and Landscape Architecture at the University of Sheffield. He worked in offices in Southern California, Sheffield and Newcastle on varied schemes ranging from private gardens to new town masterplans Neil has continually been involved in design, art and architecture during his studies and work, throughout the past 8 years.

In July 2007 Neil took a job with Robinson Landscape Design. Since then he hasbecome a senior Landscape Architect and helps Tom in the running of the office. He is currently on the Pathway ot Chartership Scheme.

Frankie Wang

Frankie was trained as an architect in Zhengzhou University in his hometown from 1996-2001 and worked for public sector for a year in housing development.

A passion for delivering great design led Frankie through the 5 years working as an urban designer in Robinson Landscape Design Ltd. Frankie has been key in the technical support of projects such as Newcastle Great Park and Newcastle City Library.

Andrew Clarey

Andrew has over 9 years experience in Landscape Architecture, Town Planning and Urban Design. He was awarded a 2:1 degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Leeds and received a Diploma in Town Planning with an Urban design specialism from London Southbank University. He is currently close to completing an MA in Urban Design at the University of Newcastle.

Andrew is able to develop projects from early conceptual phases through to detailed design. He has worked on a number of large scale masterplans such as designs for a new mixed-use man-made island development in Bahrain, through to smaller scale urban design projects, such as an urban design strategy and masterplan for a new international arena on Brighton Seafront, and a public realm and seafront masterplan for Southend-on-Sea.

Andrew is currently working on a design for Redcar seafront promenade.  He has been involved in Landscape Design and construction of all scales throughout his career, including implementation and planting strategies and has experience of Town Planning for both architectural and landscape architecture developments and has acted as a consultant for BBC’s Home Front in the Garden.

Sam Natress

Sam graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2009 and lis now living in  his hometown of Darlington. Since joining RLD in 2010 Sam has proven to be a great asset bring determination, hard work and a design flare that springs from a background in garden design.

 

 

Adrienne Rucroft

Adrienne has 25 years office administration experience in areas such as customer service, payroll, complaint handling and is a qualified NVQ Assessor.

Adrienne gained marketing experience and procurement skills whilst working for a local construction company where she took responsibility for developing the business. She is eager to continue to develop both her marketing and procurement skills within RLD, whilst maintaining the smooth running of the office.
