NGP is the largest housing development in the North East. RLD is at the forefront of masterplanning and detailing the various phases of the development We have been working to create a truly sustainable community here since the 1990’s and continue to do so.  More details to follow.
 
NGP The Tors:
 
RLD designed and implemented one of the major landmarks for the approach of Newcastle Great Park; The Tors. These large conical mounds form part of the sustainable drainage wetlands and are well used in the winter by snow sledges.
These mounds have become iconic for northern Newcastle as well the Great Park. The wildlife around the wetlands here support rare native species of newt and a variety of other invertebrates, birds and mammals.
