RICS RENAISSANCE AWARDS |

Sunniside Gardens has won the Regeneration category for the RICS Renaissance Awards 2008 for the north-east and has been put forward for the national Awards.
The award recognises those schemes which have contributed to the overall improvement of urban, rural or coastal decay. It honours outstanding work in the regeneration or renewal of a particular area or structure or group of buildings/ structures and covers renovation to a new or original use.
